About Lily
Lily is an AI interviewer. This is a confidential conversation about your job at the Royal Borough of Greenwich: what works, what gets in the way, and what would help. It takes around 25 minutes and happens in work time. You can end the call at any point.
Before you start
You will be asked for your directorate, service line and seniority. These group the answers so we can see patterns across the Council. They are not used to identify you.
Format
You can speak to Lily or type to it, whichever you prefer. Both cover the same ground. There are no right or wrong answers — your honest perspective is what matters.
Treat it like a normal conversation and ask for what you want. You can:
- go straight to the questions
- refer to an earlier point
- pause for a moment to think
- ask Lily to rephrase
- interrupt at any time
Lily is AI and will sometimes get things wrong. Correct it or repeat yourself if it does.
Anonymity
Your responses are anonymous. We do not ask for your name. We combine and analyse conversations from across the Council and reports findings as overall themes and patterns only. No individual responses will ever be shared.
Please avoid naming colleagues, and do not share details about residents or service users. Lily will remind you if needed. If you do share something identifying, you can say “please disregard what I just said” at any point.
Where you refer to yourself or others in an identifying way, we will take reasonable steps to remove that information before reporting.
Your data
- Your voice is not recorded. Your speech is converted to text as you talk, and no audio is kept.
- A transcript of this conversation will be stored securely on servers based in the UK and EU.
- The transcript is held only for as long as the programme requires, and is then securely deleted.
- Combined, anonymised analysis may be retained as it does not constitute personal data in law.
At the end of your conversation you will be given the option to download your transcript, delete your conversation or request a correction.
